2 Bed, 1 Bath Apartment For Sale just 30 seconds from the beach! Right in the centre of El Medano

Exclusively listed and now SOLD by Andy Ward – Tenerife Estate Agents

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment right in the centre of the town in Calle Francisco Garcia Feo, which is a pedestrian walkway just off the central square and 30 seconds from the beach. The apartment building is 4 levels and there is lift access. There is a rooftop communal terrace and a storeroom on the rooftop for the apartment. From the roof, there are some great views of the sea and town.

Video Walkthrough

The apartment itself is clean and tidy and can be lived in or rented out as it is. It could also be upgraded / modernised but is perfectly adequate as a holiday home. It has a spacious lounge with a kitchen at one end and a breakfast bar. Off the lounge are two double bedrooms and one bathroom which has a shower.

The location of the apartment building is everything with this property and I have made a short video which shows just how close you are to the main square and the beach.

El Medano is very well known for its water sports – especially windsurfing and kitesurfing and unlike most of the resorts in the South has a somewhat Bohemian vibe, very laid back and the ideal place to unwind and destress. It is one junction from the South airport so is just under 10 minutes away. The resort of Los Cristianos is a mere 20 minutes away by car.

There is a popular beach right in the centre of town, another beach on the East side of the resort and a large beach where you have all of the water sports and activities on the West side of the town – a couple of minutes walk away.

There are loads of restaurants, cafes and bars here. It is an older town which started as a residential villa, then grew larger before morphing into its current form over the past 3 or 4 decades as the tourists arrived. As such it doesn’t feel like a built for tourism resort in any ways and retains much of its original charm.

If you are not familiar with the area, it is well worth a visit, especially on a Friday or Saturday evening.

Take a look at the photos and video and if you think this is the sort of property you´d really enjoy owning, get in touch and I´ll organise a viewing for you.
