This studio has the standard longitudinal layout, common on Santa Maria, with the bathroom and sleeping area to the rear of the property and the lounge, kitchen and balcony at the front. It is well designed, in that even though it is a studio you do have different areas for sleeping, eating and later lounging around. In many ways, they are superior to conventional studios. This studio is in a good position – it is on the first floor with an open terrace and lateral sea views as well as views to the mountains.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and wash-hand basin. The kitchen is a galley style kitchen – simple but sufficient for a holiday apartment. The sleeping area is large enough for two single beds or a large double and is partially partitioned off from the lounge. And at the far end of the lounge, you have double doors leading out onto the balcony.

If you´re not familiar with the Santa Maria complex, its a 3 star Apart Hotel with full hotel facilities – everything you would expect to find on holiday – a 24 hour reception, heated swimming pool, children’s pool, sun terraces and sun loungers, on-site restaurant, bar and pool bar as well as a tennis court, elevators to every floor, vending machines, a beauty and makeup salon etc.

It is also very well located in Torviscas Bajo with restaurants and bars right outside, supermarkets, cash machines, taxi ranks etc are all within a minute of the complex. The beach is also close by – a few minutes walk downhill.
