A fantastic opportunity to own a very nice one bedroom property on one of the best holiday complexes in the south of Tenerife. Panorama is situated close to the beach of Puerto Colon and right next door to the 4 star hotel Jardin Tropical in a very good location. Panorama is set over four floors and there are approximately 170 properties on this touristic complex. The reception is open 24hrs a day and all properties have a telephone in the apartment.

The facilities are very good with a restaurant, pool bar, games room and a meeting room which is perfect should you like a little peace and quiet reading a book away from the sun.

The grounds of this complex boasts well maintained gardens with a vast range of plants, trees and flowers growing all year round. The swimming pool is a great sun trap with a good amount of sunbeds available. The pool itself is heated from the months of November through to March every year so you can use the pool throughout the cooler Winter months

There is WIFI available at a small charge which can be arranged with the reception or if you are in the reception area they will let you use it free of charge. The community fees on this complex includes both the water and the electricity so if you have a washing machine or Air-condition then no need to worry how much electricity you use. If you have children or grandchildren staying with you there is an entertainments officer who will look after them, playing games like table tennis and pool along with other activities to keep them entertained. There is also a babysitting service which can be arranged through reception.

There aren´t a lot of apartments that come on the market on Panorama, and its quite rare to see a good one, with decent views.

The apartment’s bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is a kitchen with a built in hob, oven and lots of cupboard space although the sheer amount of bars and restaurants on this are mean you´ll probably not eat in too often. The front room has a sofa, two chairs and a dining table. The terrace is just off the front room faces South West and has partial views of the sea.
