When considering Penthouse Apartments in the Playa Graciosa complexes, it’s essential to understand their layout. Each original three-bedroom apartment includes an additional room upstairs, making them effectively 3 bedrooms + 1 room. These are the largest apartments available.
However, many listings for top-floor apartments in Playa Graciosa may not make this clear. You might come across a listing labeled as a “3-bedroom apartment,” which could actually be a 2-bedroom apartment + 1 room upstairs. Similarly, “2-bedroom apartments” often refer to 1-bedroom apartments + 1 room upstairs.
This distinction is crucial for buyers exploring top-floor options in Playa Graciosa, as it is frequently not made clear in property listings.

Layout

The lounge is very spacious, and a lot larger than you normally find in an apartment, and doors lead out from here onto a covered terrace that has views down the length of the communal gardens, towards the swimming pools. Opposite the lounge, there is an independent kitchen with a breakfast area, and views across Los Cristianos and down to the sea. There is a hallway off the lounge leading to the 2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom, and then at the end of the lounge, there is the larger master-bedroom with en-suite. Playa Graciosa is regarded as one of the best complexes in Los Cristianos. The owners are a mix of nationalities, and the apartments are mainly used as permanent homes and holiday homes. There are few, if any, holiday rental apartments and rental licenses are prohibited on this complex.

If you look on Google maps and search for “Calle Chalana, Arona” you will see the blue coloured rooftops of Playa Graciosa.

Playa Graciosa 2 is located a short, 3 minute walk from the sea-front where you will find a myriad of beachfront cafes bars and restaurants. You can walk along the coast from here all the way into Playa de Las Americas, Costa Adeje and further. Some of the best bars in Los Cristianos are found a 5 or 6 minute walk away where popular venues such as The Vault, Casey´s, Taylor´s and Chicagos are located.
