Layout

The lounge is very spacious, with several lateral windows allowing for plenty of natural light throughout the property. There is an open-plan corner kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped. Adjacent to the lounge are the double bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has sliding glass doors leading out to the terrace, while the bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is a single room with an external window located at the rear of the apartment. The workspace/additional sleeping area is at the front of the apartment and is separated from the lounge by an internal window, with large external windows providing ample natural light. This area also has access to the terrace, as does the lounge.

The terrace is approximately 25m² in size and offers views on both sides, of the mountains and surrounding areas, as well as of the sea. Mature treetops sway in the breeze next to the terrace, providing a serene atmosphere. There are plenty of sun loungers and a large table and chairs for outdoor dining.  Additionally, there is a large awning that can slide out to cover half of the terrace when needed.

The apartment has a total internal area of around 67m², which, when combined with the terrace, gives a total area of 92m².The apartment is situated in an elevated position within the complex, requiring steps up to access it; therefore, it is not wheelchair-friendly or suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Sunset Bay – Complex Details

Sunset Bay is a very popular and well-known resort in the south of Tenerife. It features two swimming pools (one heated), a Jacuzzi/hot tub, several bars and restaurants on-site, well-manicured gardens, reception services, and 24-hour security.

The complex is meticulously maintained and has undergone several significant upgrades, including a complete renewal of the larger swimming pool. Community fees for this property are €315 per month.

Sunset Bay in Costa Adeje is a second-line complex situated just a short 3-minute walk from the seafront, where you will find a myriad of beachfront cafes, bars, and restaurants. You can stroll along the coast from here all the way into Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Nearby beaches include Playa de la Pinta, Playa Torviscas, and Playa de Fanabe. The popular area of Puerto Colon is also close by, as well as the Playa Fanabe shopping centre.

Costa Adeje is renowned for its beautiful beaches and vibrant atmosphere. It offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, golf courses, and shopping opportunities. The area also boasts excellent transport links to other parts of Tenerife.
