This one bedroom property is situated in the Marina Primavera complex in the Torviscas Bajo area of South Tenerife. The property has a large lounge / dining area with a wooden finished American style kitchen which comes fully equipped. The apartment has recently been fitted with new aluminium patio doors which lead out onto a double terrace area. This terrace area is large at around 20m2 in total although half of it is communal, there is no access from outside of the property so the owner has it all to themselves. It is large enough for a table and chairs and for some sunbeds and a BBQ. It is also very sunny, it takes sun all day long as it is South and West facing. The bathroom of this apartment has been recently refurbished so is clean and modern. The bedroom on the property is slightly on the small side but this could be easily and cheaply changed by simply moving the kitchen wall forwards as there is far more space in the lounge than you really need. This would also add a second window to the bedroom and leave and still leave a good sized lounge. The apartment was originally outfitted as a studio but given the size of it, it made no sense to leave it as a studio so the partition walls were added to create the bedroom.

There is a swimming pool on the complex and a second children´s pool as well as a poolside bar. An active community of owners spend the Winters on Marina Primavera whereas lots of other owners rent out there properties whilst using them for a few weeks a year themselves.

The Marina Primavera complex is in the popular tourist area of Torviscas Bajo, it is very centrally located with Torviscas Bajo on one side and San Eugenio Bajo on the other so you are a 2 minute walk from a plethora of bars and restaurants as well as having banks, supermarkets and public transport points nearby.
