Thats 75,000€ for a large one bedroom apartment on the touristic Oasis Mango complex in Los Cristianos. This is an unbeatable price – one bedroom apartments on this complex were previously priced at 125,000€!
The apartment for sale is on the top floor of the complex (the complex is all two storeys high) and has both pool views and partial sea views. The apartment is a a very spacious 57m2 in size (I see two bed apartments smaller than this quite regularly) with an 8m2 balcony/terrace overlooking the swimming pool. At the rear of the lounge is the kitchen area and at the far end are patio doors leading out onto the balcony.
The bedroom has lots of storage space with fully fitted wardrobes and there is a family size bathroom with full size bath. The apartment is for sale unfurnished, there are some odd bits and pieces but you will need to buy your own furniture for the place. This is a property that you could throw six or seven thousand Euros at and you would have have a very nice holiday home at a massively discounted price. It is far and away the best price on the market for a one bedroom apartment in Los Cristianos. Across the road you have Castle Harbour – a much bigger complex, aimed at a similar market and of similar size, where you will pay 100,000€ upwards for an original one bed (most of the one beds on there under 100,000€ are converted studios.) So price wise this really is stunning value. The last property I had in Los Cristianos anywhere near this price was a one bed on Los Angeles which sold for 72,500€ and this is far superior in every way, both the apartment and the complex.
Oasis Mango is a touristic complex of 89 apartments in total. It is popular, well kept, with a good community. Clean and tidy with a swimming pool, children’s swimming pool, bar/restaurant, 24 hour reception etc – everything you would expect on a good holiday resort. Location wise it is up the hill, often referred to as “Cardiac Hill” and one complaint of properties in this area was always that you had to walk a long way back from the beach or a long way down to get to the bars. However that is no longer the case. The strip of bars known as the El Mirador strip is two minutes from the complex. You will find some very popular bars and restaurants there with nightly entertainment. Well known drinking holes such as Bojangles, Taylors Lounge and restaurants such as the Mongolian Grill, The Oyster Catcher etc are all to be found here. So this area is a self contained night spot and is just a short walk from Oasis Mango, as is a large Spar supermarket and several take away restaurants. much self contained now. Walking down to the beach is easy, its just the walk back in in the blazing sun that people complain about. The simple answer is to jump in a taxi (there is a rank at the bottom of the hill) and it will cost you the minimum fare of 3€ – problem solved!
There will be very high demand for such a good property at such a low price so dont hang about. You simply will not find anything in Los Cristianos as good as this for 75,000€! Have a read of some of the reviews on Trip Advisor: Oasis Mango reviews to see how popular they are.
