Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Los Cristianos and more “upmarket” than many other areas, it has easy access to the motorway (via a new by-pass around Guaza) and thus quick access to the airport whilst being only a 7 minute drive to Los Cristianos.
There is a beach, great views and walks, a promenade which has recently been added and it sits on the boundary of a protected nature reserve which can never be built on. If you are looking for somewhere to live and havent´yet made your mind up then Palm mar should definitely be one of the places you consider before making a buying decision.
