Gran Oasis Golf Resort is a fully featured luxury hotel resort next to the Las Americas Golf course. With a huge outdoor swimming pool on one level, a large swimming pool on the upper level, several children’s pools, a restaurant, two bars, an on site supermarket, children’s entertainment group, 24 hour reception, excursion booking, beauty salon – the list goes on. To stay in an apartment like this, depending on the time a year would cost you upwards of 400€ per week.
The complex is just over 1 mile away on foot from the nearest beach of Playa Las Vistas in Los Cristianos. But there is a free courtesy bus that runs into the resorts and back 4 or 5 times a day and a taxi down is a few Euros.
This property was bought as an investment by a company taking advantage of tax breaks and is now being offloaded as the tax incentives no longer apply. Standard prices for one bedroom duplexes on this complex are from 135,000€ upwards so this is easily the best price on the market and represents a serious bargain.
