Maybe 10 years ago you had a chance – I doubt anyone could replicate such within the next 10 years though.
The point of the article really is to give people the real picture of what goes on over here. Unfortunately 99% of those coming to be a bar will be lied to from day one until they hand over some money.
They will lose cash every day until they run out – basically 99% of people trying to do this don´t stand a chance as there is lots of money to be made by the greedy b´stards who continually sell rubbish bars that have never and will never make a penny!

Hi, to be balanced perhaps our story of coming here with only 50k and buying a bar on trespasso, creating a popular venue and making a good profit for 6 years legally and then selling the trespasso proves that it can be done. In 10 years we are secure and our villa is almost finished! Infact we have created a second bar which is now for sale too ! Tel ……… (no advertising bars for sale!!! – especially not on this post! Unless of course you have full accounts showing clear, visible increasing profits over the last 3 years as opposed to the “black book / red book” rubbish bar sales agents come out with.
