The Castle Harbour complex is situated in the Oasis del Sur area of Los Cristianos and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment very nearby. A thriving area and constant influx of holidaymakers makes this an ideal place to purchase a holiday apartment for personal use and for solid rental income. Recently several large residential complexes in this area have had all holiday rentals banned as they did not have a touristic licence. What this means for Castle Harbour is as supply has dropped, demand for this complex has shot up as it is fully legal and licensed and there is a lot less competition in the area. The best apartments on this complex are full all year round.
The complex is well located with its own pool and tennis courts and is suitable for adults and children alike with bus routes and a taxi rank in the immediate vicinity.
