The complex itself is pleasant with several commercial units on the premises including two bars/cafes, one English and one Spanish with large sun terraces looking down on the pool and both of which serve food and drinks. The pool area has recently been improved and looks great – a huge plus. It is quiet and peaceful with a very positive feel about the place. There is a partitioned shallow children´s area in the pool and lots of sun terraces.

Just outside of the complex are more shops, restaurants and conveniently, a bus stop. On one side of the complex you have a pleasant albeit small sandy beach and walkway whilst on the other you have a public leisure area with a large outdoor pool, bowls a cafe etc. Very cheap to get in and just a couple of minutes walk so plenty to do in the immediate vicinity of the complex.

Overall this is an impressive studio with good views, morning and afternoon sun, plenty of amenities close by and a great little communal pool area. It is priced incredibly low to simply pay off the outstanding mortgage – similar properties are between 56,000€ and 70,000€.

Playa Paraiso is a 10 minute drive from Costa Adeje and Las Americas. It is a self contained resort with a small beach, quite a good number of tourists and is a very popular diving area. Prices have really come down a lot in the area over the last 2 years meaning there are opportunities to pick up a few bargains from time to time such as this one. We expect a quick sale on this unit as it is well under priced.
