    I have sent some more pictures via email and also added them to this listing.
    There are no “hidden” taxes – standard purchase costs consist of purchase tax, registry, notary and legal fees and usually equate to around 10% of the purchase price – in this case around 10,600€

    I have sent you details on the mortgage. The rate is 2.5%, fixed for 3 years – very competitive given the Euribor is now rising quickly.

    Hi Andrew, Yes it does, it is behind the wooden separator.
    The apartment is currently 75% booked over the next 6 months. This should increase as there a few weeks in December which always fill up.
    Looking at a minimum of 40 weeks per year at around 240€ per week (up to 450€ for Xmas and New Year.)
