We have other apartments available on this complex for 138,000€ but they are low down with no views and on the wrong side of the complex meaning little sunlight until late afternoon. Given this one is in a premium position and takes sunlight on the balcony all day long and has fantastic sea views, it is an absolute bargain in comparison.
The apartment is spacious inside with plenty of light. It has a large lounge and a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar. Off the lounge is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Granada Park is located above Los Cristianos so is around a 15 minute walk away from the main bars and restaurants as well as the beach. However there is a free courtesy bus service running at scheduled times into and out of the main resorts.
