We had this property for sale in September but unfortunately the owner took a 6 month let on the place shortly after we listed it. We had a lot of interest in the property and several offers from people who hadn’t even viewed it! It is a great property at an outstanding price. This is very popular with walkers and cyclists and stretches right the way down the coast for several kilometres. Recently a new bus service has started and a taxi rank has been added. There is a mixed population here of predominantly British and Spanish and the price of housing has typically been quite high as it is an upmarket area. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the town and Los Cristianos is just a 10 minute drive away.
