We have this apartment on Las Carabelas exclusively on sale through the TenerifeEstateAgents.net network. Priced at just 159,950€ with some room for negotiation this is the lowest price on the complex and one of the best examples of a one bedroom apartment.

Standard pricing for a one bed on Las Carabelas is around the 200,000€ mark meaning this one is being offered at a 40,000€ discount.

There are two swimming pools on the complex, sun terraces, well maintained gardens and seating areas. It is very exclusive and the prices have remained relatively level even throughout the crisis. Most owners who buy on there do so to ensure they have top quality accommodation whenever they want it. As such, few are interested in selling and when they do they are simply not interested in low offers. If you want to buy a property on Las Carabelas you are almost always going to be paying top dollar for one – this is a rare exception and surely will not be on the market very long at this price. We had a similar property for sale recently on here higher price than this one, which after a little negotiation was recently sold through our office (our office is on this complex so we know Las Carabelas better than any other agent in Tenerife.)

The complex is very tranquil and upmarket enough that you will not suffer sharing the complex with any riff raff. You really do get the best of both worlds here. The beach is a minutes walk , Puerto Colon is just around the corner and San Eugenio is along the road and up the hill.
